1. What this site is
ShootWorthy is a community database of photoshoot locations in South Africa, operated by Sensego Pty Ltd. Location information is contributed by photographers and venues and is provided as community information, without warranty of accuracy.
2. Access to locations is your responsibility
A listing is not an invitation to enter property. You are responsible for obtaining permission, permits and paying entry fees wherever you shoot. Access levels, fees and hours shown on spot pages can be outdated. Sensego Pty Ltd accepts no liability for refused access, fines, injury or loss arising from your visit to any listed location. You shoot at your own risk.
3. Contributions
When you add locations, photos or tips you confirm the information is accurate to your knowledge, you own or have rights to the content, you wrote descriptions yourself, and you grant Sensego Pty Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display the content on the platform and in its marketing, with attribution. Do not post personal information about identifiable private individuals.
4. Venue owners
If you own or manage a listed location you can claim the listing, correct it, or request removal. Verified owners of private property can have their listing removed on request. Email support@shwink.app.
5. Accounts
ShootWorthy uses Shwink accounts. Shwink's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to your account. We can suspend accounts that post false information, spam or abusive content.
